My own journey in the world of wellness and ageing healthily started when I was in my mid 30th. Prior to that I was living a very hectic lifestyle, working in a busy and stressful environment and enjoying everything that London had to offer. Consequently, I was extremely sleep deprived, constantly exposed to toxins of all sorts and poorly nourished. Although I was regularly training at the gym to keep fit I knew I wasn’t feeling my best. That’s when a friend of mine introduced me to naturopathic nutrition through the book You Are What You Eat. It was mind blowing to me at the time. The first thing I did was to stop eating bread which I used to love and to eat morning, lunch and diner and adding more fruit and vegetables to all my meals. Very quickly, the quality of my skin improved, as well as my digestion, no more bloating! So many other things started to change, little things I thought were normal part of me suddenly disappeared. It was fascinating! I decided to educate myself. I bought books after books about nutrition and naturopathy to find out how to support my body naturally through various therapies, in order to restore and maintain my health.
After all these years of practicing healthy living myself and helping my family, I felt that I wanted to share my knowledge and experience to help others too. This led me to study at CNM, the College of Naturopathic Medicine and graduated as a holistic Health Coach. I also completed my 200hrs Yoga Teacher training. And trained and qualified at the London School of Reflexology.
I am passionate about health and I experienced first hand the healing power of nature to support the body, maintain health and heal naturally.
My holistic approach to guide you towards a better life includes health coaching, regular yoga practice and reflexology which I believe beautifully complement each other.
