If you are the type of person who might find it difficult to build up new habits, my Mindfulness and Stress Management services are for you. Not only can I help you to incorporate mindfulness and mediation into your everyday life, but also train your mind on how to keep it up.

My Mindfulness and Stress Management coaching sessions provide a stress free, focussed, and private opportunity for you to discuss what matters most to you when it comes to mediation and mindfulness.

Like many things in life, Methodology coaching has its advantages; two major counselling orientations - person centred and psychodynamic. I believe the structured approach I give with all my coaching sessions, promotes a positive change in anyone that walks through my door.

I believe mental well-being is one of the most important things to focus on. Together in your Methodology session, we will investigate your lifestyle and how it reflects your vision. 


A truly relaxing experience


Reflexology is a gentle, natural, non-invasive ancient and scientific healing art, which is based on the premise that there are zones and reflex areas in the feet and hands, which correspond to all glands, organs, parts and systems of the body.

The physical act of applying pressure to and stimulating these reflex points (nerve endings) by using specific thumb, finger and hand techniques results in stress reduction, which promotes positive physiological changes in other areas of the body. It promotes the body’s marvellous ability to adjust and balance during times of stress.


Reflexology has been shown to:

  • Reduce tension and tightness 

  • Promote balance and normalisation of the body

  • Improve nerve functioning
